Senior Pictures 2014

What have I been up to lately?  Little by little I’m steadily whittling away at my list of “things to get done before we go to China,” and the latest one I crossed off was senior pictures for my beautiful sister-in-law, Charisma!

It was my first solo photography session!  It was a challenge because our main photo shoot was in the middle of the day (direct sunlight), and we had little guy with us.  Thanks Becca for watching him!  God gave us a beautiful day with NO WIND!  That is almost a miracle in southwest MN!

I am always nervous beforehand, and at that point don’t think I hardly want to do it because I don’t have much confidence in my photography skills yet.  But once I’m out there, I really do enjoy it, and manage to turn out some decent photos! 😀  Of course, having a gorgeous subject always helps!
